What Our DSWs
Provide
Our Direct Support Workers assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL), maintaining client dignity and independence every day.
- Individuals between the ages of 6 months and 99 years
- Disabled according to Medicaid standards or SSI disability criteria
- Meets medical standards for nursing facility admission but can be cared for at home
- Able to participate in own care through a responsible representative
- Faces a substantial possibility of deterioration without personal care services
